Heather & Carter Toronto has no control over customs processing times or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

Shipping Costs

Responsibility During Shipping

  • Once the tracking information indicates that the package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
